I highly recommend them. They do a great job.
Chuy and Janna and their Team completely re-did my cottage. They did it quickly AND they did it in December weather!
They removed old siding and insulation, installed new rigid insulation and wrap, and then vinyl siding. They removed three layers of old tile roof to install a metal roof. They made provision for the stove pipe and electrical mast. They worked with my electrician to accommodate new hook-ups.
They tore off an old pump room at the back and rebuilt it as a solid addition to the cottage. They cleaned up the mess, and they did it all despite winter weather and an unpleasant neighbour.
Afterwards Chuy and Janna were quick to deal with 2 or 3 small finishing-up details and did it with professionalism and humour.
The price was fair, and indeed less than expected. And I'll say again how quickly they got this project done. Recommended with no caveats.
They are the best. They came on time for the estimate and gave a fair price. They were able to do the job a day earlier than planned and finished in one day. You won't find a harder working crew to do your job. Amazing.
